Job Descriptions
- ODP is a program that offers accelerated career for you, candidates who have the potential and ambition. By attend an intensive training and development program, you will then be assigned as Assistant Manager in Corporate Banking unit, which is in BII branch network especially in Jakarta Raya area and then developed to be BII future leaders.
- By considering the importance of this program for BII business growth, only the best candidates are expected to fill this position.
Requirements
- Minimum possess Bachelor (S1) degree majoring in any majors
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Maximum age 26 years old for Bachelor (S1) and 29 years old for Master (S2)
- Work in target oriented
- Possess an excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
