Executive
Recruitment Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for identifying and approaching targeted candidates for various vacancies
- Data
entry into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records
- Maintain
the filing system of candidate application
- Supporting
in completion of job application materials and documents and preparation
of employment interview and profiling tests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Psychology
- Preferably
min. 2 years of relevant experience in Recruitment
- Good
command of English is a must
- Dynamic
and driven, able to work under tight deadline and pressure
IT Compliance
Development Head (AVP)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for the development and implementation of IT Standards and Policy to
ensure good security
- Review
and monitor the implementation of standardization and compliance towards
existing IT procedures and regulations
- Monitor
every project implementation/ SAP enhancement and non SAP including the
implementation of procedure
- Ongoing
review of data and procedures in relation to the control, accuracy as well
as timeline
- Ability
to provide recommendations in development area as a result of project and
procedure review
- Review
and analyze the implementation of security control from system design
- Coordinate
with relevant departments/ divisions to ensure maximum contribution in
relation to system information
- As
external audit liaison when needed
Requirements:
- Min.
6 - 8 years of experience in similar role
- Good
planning and organizational skills
- Strong
leadership skill
- Possesses
SAP knowledge and exposure is an advantage
APV Accounting
Responsibilities:
- Manage
and oversee all accounting functions; general accounting, cost accounting,
consolidation, cash management and budget monitoring.
- Ensure
internal control and compliance with all local accounting, tax, statutory
requirements as well as corporate policies.
- Liaise
with external/ internal auditors, tax agents and banks as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor
degree in Accounting/ Finance with MBA is highly desirable
- Minimum
5 years of experience in senior manager position
- Exposure
from Public Accounting firm is an advantage
- Proficient
in SAP is a plus
- Ability
to develop accurate budgets and forecasts, understanding and monitoring
business activities and processes is sought
- Result
and detail oriented, along with strong analytical skill
- Demonstrate
a high degree of professional competence and integrity
