Process & Facilities Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all facilities & process engineering activities and Involve in all key activities & initiatives on process & facilities engineering covers oil and gas production facilities, gas compression and dehydration, heat transfer, pipeline hydraulics, petroleum refineries and utility/auxiliary systems
- Perform various process engineering tasks like preparation of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) Process Philosophy Diagrams, Heat and Material Balances, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), SAFE charts, Shutdown Matrix/Cause & Effect Matrix, Hazardous Area Classification Drawings, Line List, process simulation, sizing and selection of equipment, piping & instruments, flare/venting/radiation calculations and Involve in project execution which include maintain sequences of the construction activity, cost monitoring, re-engineering review, revised and modification during construction. Project materials purchase/contract review and evaluation for bidding process, project change scope management
- Involve in production facilities or plant construction, start up and commissioning and Involve in process debottlenecking and operation optimization, process engineering and mechanical/electrical review and Involve in process study to improve & increase production capacity and modify early production (temporally) system/facilities to be permanent facilities
- Involve in design and bid packages preparation for all surface facilities or engineering system
- Involve in crude storage tanks installation & modification and Involve in engineering review for the vendor design package which include review, revise and monitor construction and installation activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and Minimum 5 years of work experience with a strong operating company
- Relevant hands on experience in mechanical engineering, conceptual & detailed design, EPC
- Knowledge and understanding of design and operation of oil & water handling facilities, oil & gas project planning and control, production safety system and Possess good analytical engineering skills, knowledge of process simulation using HYSYS
- Written and oral communication, presentation and reporting skills are also essential to ensure effective deployment and utilization of the Engineering Department deliverables
Senior Geophysicist
Responsibilities:
- Identify the need for, and propose acquisition, (re-) processing of 2D and 3D seismic data and Follow processing with the Geophysical Team and contribution to optimize processing sequence
- Carry out 2D and 3D seismic interpretation & mapping including stratigrahic and trace attribute interpretation, integrating all available G&G data, advise on special post-processing to improve imaging, carry out btime-depth conversion, use AVO technology to improve reservoir/fluid prediction (i.e. apply quantitative interpretation techniques such as reservoir characterization, AVO and CWT analysis to delineate hydrocarbon accumulations) and To identify prospective play types that may be overlooked or untested. Develop regional play fairway analysis and identify and mature suitable prospects to a ready to drill status
- Calculate volumetric and work with geologist (to compute reserves assessment of prospect and analyses the geological risk associated with it), reservoir engineer and economists to propose production profiles, development scenarios and work out economics of project
- Prepare block or field evaluation reports and Participate in the geophysical study or review, assessment and valuation of new exploration or acquisition opportunities if necessary
- Timely plan site surveys as required and Follow drilling operations and advise on evaluation requirement such as logging and testing
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Geology, Geophysics, Physics or Mathematics and Minimum 15 years of work experience with a strong operating company
- Relevant experience in exploration & development seismic interpretation, acreage and prospect evaluation, risk and uncertainty analysis and volumetric estimates and Hands on experience with detailed seismic interpretation in exploration, knowledge of seismic interpretation applications such as Landmark, Petrel or SMT-Kingdom application, 3D visualization and interpretation, mapping packages such as Petrosys and ZMap, volumetric calculation software
- Broad based knowledge of geology and geophysics with emphasis on structural and stratigrahic interpretation skills. Skill in seismic data calibration, seismic reservoir characterization and hydrocarbon detection from seismic and Written and oral communication, presentation and reporting skills are also essential to ensure effective deployment and utilization of the Exploration & Development Department deliverables
