- Education : Bachelor's Degree (S1) or 4 years diploma program (D4), Electrical Engineering Power Lines / Power Engineering / Power (Code: S1/ELE), Civil Engineering (Code: S1/SIP), Mechanical Engineering (Code: S1/MES), Industrial Engineering (Code: S1/IND)
- 3 years diploma program (D3)
- Electrical Engineering Power Lines / Power Engineering / Power (Code: D3/ELE), Civil Engineering (Code D3/SIP), Mechanical Engineering (Code: D3/MES)
- Management, majoring in Business Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Commerce Administration and Marketing Management (Code: D3/MAN)
- Gender
- Male for Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Female for Industrial Engineering, and Management
- Single and willing to not get married during their Pre-service Training (Diklat Prajabatan)
- Maximum age : D4/S1 : Birth of 1988 and thereafter / D3 : Birth of 1990 and thereafter
- Grade Point Average (GPA)
- GPA ≥ for Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Industrial Engineering
- GPA ≥ for Management
Documents Required
- Application letter addressed to PT PLN (Persero) cq Kepala Divisi Pengembangan SDM dan Talenta;
- Curriculum Vitae (CV);
- Copy of birth certificate/akte (if not already there, to be followed at the time of the interview);
- Legalized copy of Diploma / Certificate of Graduation and final transcripts;
- Copy of valid ID card;
- Recent color photograph size 3x4 ( 2 pieces, please write your name on back side of the photo);
- For Cross Channel applicants (D3 are forward D4/S1), shall attach:
- Legalized copy of D3 transcripts
- Legalized copy of D3 diploma
